So terrified are his customers that one even jumps from the moving vehicle, while others wrestle him for control of the car.
Yet the horrifying scenes are nothing more than a tasteless stunt filmed for Saudi Arabian TV.
“Those kids looked traumatised after that”
According to online sources, the counterfeit cabbie first offers his passengers a common religious greeting.
He then mentions jihad, before asking them to check out his suicide vest and saying how they will enter heaven together.
When his passengers protest he asks them why they don’t want to go to heaven, apparently hell bent on taking them with him.
And if his customers fail to see the funny side, then the internet is no different, branding the trick “disgusting”.
“That is a horrible thing to make a child think. Disgusting. It’s so irrational for us to collectively think this is morally acceptable.”
But the show’s producers told Arabic news channel Al-Alam that the stunt was actually staged to illustrate the danger of extremist ideas.
